Waiter (Fulltime / Parttime) - Matthew's Beachside Restaurant

Do you have a passion for hospitality, great service, and beachside vibes? Matthew’s Beachside Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and service-minded Waiters to join our team — both fulltime and parttime positions available.

Located on the beautiful Eagle Beach, Matthew’s is known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality service, and all-day dining experience. From breakfast to dinner, you play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What will you do?

As a Waiter at Matthew’s Beachside, you are responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring guests have a great dining experience from start to finish.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages

• Providing recommendations and answering guest questions

• Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set

• Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding to requests promptly

• Handling payments and closing tables accurately

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service

You will work in flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Are you our perfect match?

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience as a waiter or in hospitality (preferred)

• Is fluent in English (required)

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Is guest-focused, energetic, and service-driven

• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Is flexible and available for both day and evening shifts

• Has a positive attitude and is a true team player

Additional languages such as Spanish or Papiamento are a plus.
