SUPERVISOR- MAMBO JAMBO

Mambo Jambo—one of Aruba’s most iconic spots for delicious cocktails, live Latin music, and great overall vibes—is looking for a motivated, hands-on Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

As a Supervisor at Mambo Jambo, you’ll help lead bar operations, support our incredible team, and ensure every guest experiences the vibrant Mambo Jambo energy—from the early hours to late-night fun.

Are you our talent?

The ideal candidate has completed at least a relevant hospitality education. In addition, you have already gained at least 3 years of experience in a successful restaurant in a supervising position. You work independently and are able to work under pressure. You like to come up with original offers, aim to make the guest experience even better and you can handle the associated administrative tasks.

Your age is between 21 and 50 years. You are representative and you have a good knowledge of the English language (Spanish and/or Papiamento is a plus). You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work in varying shifts. Are you the restaurant talent we are looking for?
