SUPERVISOR- Café The Plaza

Café the Plaza — a well-known hotspot in downtown Oranjestad — is looking for an energetic and hands-on Supervisor to join our team!

From breakfast and lunch to live music, sports nights, and lively dinners, Café the Plaza is all about great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and bringing people together. As a Supervisor, you will help lead the daily operations and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the floor team during daily operations

• Ensure smooth service throughout restaurant and terrace shifts

• Deliver and maintain excellent guest service standards

• Train, motivate, and guide team members

• Assist with scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and inventory control

• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally

• Work closely with management to maintain the quality and atmosphere Café the Plaza is known for

• Step in operationally wherever needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A positive, guest-focused, and proactive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Fluent in English (Dutch, Spanish, and/or Papiamento are a plus)
