Restaurant Supervisors Needed

Aruba Wine and Dine Hospitality Group is looking for motivated and hands-on Supervisors to join our dynamic teams across multiple venues.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily restaurant and bar operations, leading team members, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience across our diverse concepts.

Are you our talent?

• Has completed a relevant hospitality education

• Has at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a successful restaurant

• Is able to work independently and perform well under pressure

• Has a passion for improving guest experiences and team performance

• Is proactive, organized, and comfortable with administrative responsibilities

• Is presentable and professional

• Has a good command of English (Spanish and/or Papiamento is a plus)

• Is flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
