SUPERVISOR- MOOMBA BEACH BAR

Do you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and creating unforgettable beachside experiences? MooMba Beach Bar & Restaurant — Aruba’s most iconic spot for sunsets, live music, and great food is looking for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

As a Supervisor at MooMba, you’ll help lead our restaurant and bar operations, support our amazing staff, and ensure that every guest feels the vibrant MooMba energy from sunrise to late-night fun.

Are you our talent?

The ideal candidate has completed at least a relevant hospitality education. In addition, you have already gained at least 3 years of experience in a successful restaurant in a supervising position. You work independently and are able to work under pressure. You like to come up with original offers, aim to make the guest experience even better and you can handle the associated administrative tasks.

Your age is between 21 and 50 years. You are representative and you have a good knowledge of the English language (Spanish and/or Papiamento is a plus). You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work in varying shifts. Are you the restaurant talent we are looking for?
