Bartender - Kokoa Restaurant & Bar

Located directly on the beautiful beaches of Aruba, Kokoa is known for its relaxed atmosphere, high-quality service, and vibrant beach experience. As a bartender, you play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests — from refreshing daytime cocktails to lively sunset and evening service.

What will you do?

As a Bartender at Kokoa, you are responsible for delivering excellent service and high-quality beverages in a dynamic beach environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests at the bar

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory control

• Working closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations

• Handling guest requests and providing recommendations with confidence

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards

You will work in rotating shifts, including daytime, sunset, and evening shifts, depending on the needs of the operation.

• Has proven experience as a bartender (required)

• Is fluent in English (required)

• Has excellent communication and social skills

• Is energetic, hands-on, and guest-oriented

• Thrives in a fast-paced beach club environment

• Is flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings

• Has a positive attitude and a team-player mindset

Additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish or Papiamento are a plus.
