About the Position

Que Pasa Restaurant & Winebar is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Waiters to join our team.

Located in the heart of downtown Oranjestad, Que Pasa is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, international cuisine, wine selection, and personal service. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, know how to make guests feel welcome, and can provide excellent service in a dynamic restaurant environment.

This is a part-time position for 3 to 5 days per week, with evening shifts from approximately 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
Good command of the English language; Spanish and/or Papiamento is a plus.
Friendly, representative, and professional demeanor.
Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player.
Available to work 3 to 5 evening shifts per week, including weekends when required.
