Aruba Wine & Dine is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for MooMba — a key role responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and consistency.

What will you do?

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you play an essential role in the daily kitchen operations at MooMba. You ensure an efficient, organized, and professional kitchen environment where the team can perform at its best. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth workflow

• Leading, training, and motivating kitchen staff

• Monitoring food preparation, presentation, and portion control to meet quality standards

• Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

• Managing inventory, stock levels, and placing orders when needed

• Collaborating with management and the Chef on menu development and operational improvements

• Assisting with staff scheduling and resolving day-to-day kitchen challenges

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

✔️ Has proven experience in a professional kitchen and in a supervisory or leadership role

✔️ Possesses strong organizational and communication skills

✔️ Has a high standard for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety

✔️ Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

✔️ Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

A culinary education or food safety certifications are a plus, but hands-on experience and a true passion for hospitality are equally important.
