HR Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Representative with a primary focus on recruitment to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process for candidates and managers alike. Additionally, you’ll provide support for general HR administrative tasks as needed.




 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

    • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, company website, and other platforms.

    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

    • Conducting interviews and documenting findings

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

    • Manage candidate communications, providing timely updates on application status.

  • Onboarding Support:

    • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.

    • Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.

  • HR Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employee records.

    • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate hiring effectiveness.

    • Provide administrative assistance for other HR functions, such as employee relations, benefits, or compliance, as needed.


Skills & requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates and managers.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.

  • Knowledge of basic employment laws and hiring compliance is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role/function

  • Knowledge of Papiamento, Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the Payroll Pro application is a plus.
