Job Description:

As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Your dedication to culinary excellence and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our restaurant's recipes and standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating.

- Ensure that food is cooked to perfection and presented attractively.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service.

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Follow the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

- Assist in other kitchen-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
