What will you do?

  • Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and projects.

  • Lead and support kitchen teams.

  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency of all dishes.

  • Contribute to recipe development, food engineering and process optimization.

  • Perform food cost calculations, menu engineering, and portion-standard management.

  • Handle inventory management and purchasing support, focusing on minimizing waste.

  • Assist with projects such as new menus, concept development and events.

  • Train and coach kitchen staff.


Requirements / Skills

  • Strong organizational, planning and structural skills.

  • Technical proficiency in recipes, calculations and kitchen processes.

  • Creative flair for flavor development and presentation.

  • Leadership and training skills.

  • Knowledge of HACCP / hygiene & safety guidelines.
