What will you do?
Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and projects.
Lead and support kitchen teams.
Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency of all dishes.
Contribute to recipe development, food engineering and process optimization.
Perform food cost calculations, menu engineering, and portion-standard management.
Handle inventory management and purchasing support, focusing on minimizing waste.
Assist with projects such as new menus, concept development and events.
Train and coach kitchen staff.
Requirements / Skills
Strong organizational, planning and structural skills.
Technical proficiency in recipes, calculations and kitchen processes.
Creative flair for flavor development and presentation.
Leadership and training skills.
Knowledge of HACCP / hygiene & safety guidelines.
