Restaurant Supervisor - Hadicurari

Do you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Hadicurari Restaurant is looking for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

As a Supervisor at Hadicurari, you will help lead our restaurant and bar operations, support our amazing staff, and ensure that every guest feels the vibrant Hadicurari energy — from sunrise to late-night fun.

Are you our talent?

The ideal candidate has completed a relevant hospitality education. In addition, you have gained at least 3 years of experience in a successful restaurant in a supervisory position. You are able to work independently and perform well under pressure.

You enjoy creating original offers, continuously improving the guest experience, and handling the associated administrative tasks.

You are between 21 and 50 years old, presentable, and have a good command of the English language (Spanish and/or Papiamento is a plus). You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work flexible shifts.
