Job Description

As a Beach Boy at MooMba, you will be a key part of the beach-side service experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up beach chairs, umbrellas and beach equipment each morning in time for guests to arrive.

• Providing food and beverage service directly on the beach (taking orders, delivering items, interacting with guests).

• Keeping the beach area clean, organized and welcoming throughout the day (clearing trash, resetting seating, ensuring umbrellas/cart are neat).

• Collecting and storing all beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, lounges etc) at the end of each day, ready for the next morning.

• Assisting beach-bar staff and venue team as required (e.g., helping deliver towels, reset tables, spot new supplies).

• Offering a friendly and engaging presence for guests: greeting, helping with umbrellas/chairs, answering simple questions about beach service and venue offerings.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong team-spirit.

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting chairs, umbrellas, beach lounges, and moving equipment on sand.

• Comfortable working outdoors all day (sun, sand, occasional wind).

• Punctual and reliable—early morning start and ability to commit through busy guest periods.

• Basic English proficiency required; knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.

• Previous hospitality or beach service experience is preferred but not required; full training will be provided.

• Good personal presentation and ability to interact politely and professionally with guests (both local and international).

• Willingness to work flexible hours (with early mornings, late afternoons or evenings as needed when venue is busy).
