We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Chef to oversee our kitchen operations, including the pizza station. Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and prides itself on delivering high-quality cuisine while adhering to the latest HACCP rules and ensuring food safety.
Job Description:
As a Chef at Hadicurari Restaurant, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing kitchen operations, including the pizza station. - Ensuring food quality, safety, and adherence to HACCP rules. - Creating original themed dishes and developing well-calculated menus for events. - Managing and leading a culinary team. - Implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Completion of relevant MBO/college Chef training. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy commercial kitchen. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. - Comfortable working under pressure and in varying shifts. - Creative and passionate about culinary arts. - Good knowledge of the English language (knowledge of Spanish and/or Papiamento is a plus). - Aged between 21 and 50 years.
