Breakfast Cook – Kokoa Restaurant & Bar

Are you an early riser with a passion for cooking and a love for beachside vibes? Kokoa Restaurant & Bar is looking for a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team.

Located on the beautiful Eagle Beach, Kokoa is known for its vibrant atmosphere and all-day dining experience. Breakfast is an essential part of what we offer — from fresh smoothie bowls and eggs to high-quality morning dishes that set the tone for the entire guest experience.

What will you do?

As a Breakfast Cook, you are responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes according to Kokoa’s recipes and standards

• Managing mise en place and ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for morning service

• Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

• Monitoring food quality and freshness throughout the shift

• Working closely with the kitchen team and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

• Following all hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines

You will primarily work early morning shifts, starting before or around opening hours, making you a key part of the daily operation.

Are you our perfect match?

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience as a cook, preferably with breakfast or brunch service

• Is comfortable working early morning shifts

• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Is a team player with a positive and proactive attitude

• Has knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Speaks English (required)

Experience with international breakfast dishes is a strong plus.
