Bartender (Parttime) - Matthew's Beachside Restaurant

Do you have a passion for hospitality, great drinks, and beachside vibes? Matthew’s Beachside Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Parttime Bartender to join our team.

Located on the beautiful Eagle Beach, Matthew’s is known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality service, and all-day dining experience. From breakfast smoothies to sunset cocktails, our bar plays a central role in the guest experience.

What will you do?

As a Bartender at Matthew’s Beachside, you are responsible for delivering excellent service and consistently high-quality beverages throughout the day.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests

• Providing recommendations and engaging with guests in a professional way

• Keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Assisting with inventory and daily bar operations

• Working closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards

You will work in flexible parttime shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Are you our perfect match?

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience as a bartender (required)

• Is fluent in English (required)

• Is guest-focused, energetic, and service-minded

• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Is flexible and available for both day and evening shifts

• Has a positive attitude and strong team spirit

Additional languages such as Spanish or Papiamento are a plus.
