Job Opening: Part-Time Barista
Location: Matt's Brew & Co, Aruba
Are you passionate about coffee, enjoy working with people, and love creating a great start to someone's day? Matt's Brew & Go is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Barista to join our team!
Located at Casa Del Mar, Matt's Brew & Go is the perfect spot for guests looking for their favorite Starbucks coffee, fresh donuts and muffins, our popular Bubble Waffles, or simply a quick treat on the go.
As a Barista, you'll be one of the friendly faces behind the counter, preparing drinks and serving guests while helping us create a welcoming and efficient experience throughout the day.
What You'll Do
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages
Take orders and provide friendly and efficient customer service
Serve pastries, snacks, Bubble Waffles, and other menu items
Handle payments and operate the cash register
Keep the counter, equipment, and work area clean and organized
Make sure products are presented neatly and supplies are well stocked
Work together with your colleagues to provide fast and consistent service
Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every guest
What We're Looking For
A friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
A passion for coffee and hospitality
Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is an advantage
Willingness to learn coffee preparation and our service standards
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, flexible, and a team player
Good communication skills
Good command of English; Dutch, Spanish, and/or Papiamento is a plus
Flexible availability for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
