Your role
You will be working on:
- Providing training and education to colleagues: waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Contributing to the improvement and development of teaching materials
- Conducting evaluations
You will be working for the leading hospitality group in Aruba. As a Manager of Internal Training, you help colleagues through training in craftsmanship, skills, and of course, safety. You work independently in close collaboration with the Food & Beverage Managers and report directly to the Director of Operations.
What do we expect from you?
What do we expect from you as a Manager of Internal Training in terms of experience and knowledge?
- Experience in teaching and excellent knowledge of restaurant Standard Operation Procedures and HACCP.
- Willing to provide training both in a training center and on the job
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Knwoledge of Papiamentu and Dutch are a plus!
