Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating efficient and welcoming work environments? We are seeking a motivated Office Manager to join our team and help us maintain a productive and positive office atmosphere.
Position: Office Manager
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and procedures
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism.
Maintain office efficiency by implementing and refining administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Liaise with building /facilities management and external vendors to ensure the office runs seamlessly.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees
Monitor and manage petty cash
Process invoices, receipts and reimbursements
Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
A degree in business administration or a related field
